1. Get a piece of paper and pen. 2 Draw a line down the middle... 3 On one side write “I feel better when…” On the other, write, “I feel worse when…” 4 Brainstorm a list for each column. Things that ENERGISE you, and things that DRAIN you. Simples.

Time to take stock of what's working for you... and what ain't!
As part of our work together my clients/mentees regularly do these "energy audits" It makes sense right? We'll feel happier if we do more of the stuff that makes us feel energised and cut out/do less of what drains us. I'll go into more detail in a later email but, for now, give this a go and let me know how you get on. And then ask yourself "how can I do more of the cool stuff and less of the stuff that makes me feel worse?" Right, It was a quick one today as I've gotta dash. Coffee, bit of admin and then a new dude is starting his 6-WEEK MINDSHIFT with me. He's a fascinating chap with a great sense of humour, an excellent taste in music too!
